Aletheia Academy is a cooperative partnership of like-minded homeschooling parents joining together one day a week to help each other pursue excellent Christian education for their children under the oversight of Gospel Church Durango.
Aletheia meets one day a week on Tuesdays starting at 8:30 am and concludes at 3pm. The fall term will start on Tuesday, September 12th and conclude on December 5th. The winter term will begin on January 9th and will conclude on April 16th. There will be no meeting during the week of Thanksgiving and the week of March 4th. Additionally, we will have a two week Easter break the last week of March and the first week of April.
There are various courses available for families in the grammar, dialectic, and rhetoric learning levels with childcare arranged for siblings during the morning portion of the day. Courses are led by knowledgeable and mature Christians who have expertise in tutoring their subject matter and who are committed to being a resource for parents as parents educate their children.
